Academy of Learning Company announced the rental of a headquarters for its new branch in the city of Dammam in Al-Fursan District – King Fahd Road, from Meraas Al-Sharqiya Investment Company, with an area of ​​(9177 square meters), to establish a women’s training institute, for a period of (15) years, with a total value of 55.88 million riyals. .

The company said in a statement on Tadawul today that the annual rental value for the first five years is 2.94 million riyals, for the next five years it is 3.73 million riyals, and for the last five years it is 4.51 million riyals.

The company stated that the building’s capacity is 2,700 female students, making this the fourth branch for female students in the city of Dammam.

She added that this comes in line with the future vision of the Learning Academy, achieving the growth it seeks in its operational operations, and providing more of its distinguished services to a wide range in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

It is expected that the financial impact of this contract will begin during the second half of 2024.
