The announcement of Academy of Learning Company and its Board of Directors to distribute cash dividends to shareholders ( 9.000.000 ) Saudi riyals for the second half of the fiscal year 2023 AD

The eligibility of cash dividends will be for shareholders who own shares of the company by the end of trading day on Thursday, 21 / 03/ 2024 AD, and are enrolled in the company’s shareholder registry at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
